Navigators are federally funded assisters who are trained and certified to provide community education and outreach, as well as free, unbiased application assistance to consumers and small businesses. All navigators adhere to strict privacy and security standards. They have expertise on the new Health Insurance Marketplace (private insurance options and available financial assistance) and Virginia's public health insurance programs (Medicaid and FAMIS). Youth Residential Treatment Facility
Programs that provide a therapeutic living environment in a community-based facility for emotionally disturbed, severely learning disabled, delinquent, pre-delinquent and/or abused children and youth who, because of the severity of their problems, are unable to adjust to other placements but do not require inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
