Who We Are

Region Ten Community Services Board's (RTCSB) Transition Services assists individuals returning to their community. Staff work collaboratively with hospital treatment teams, community providers and family members to ensure a successful transition back to the community.

This program serves adults who are hospitalized in a state psychiatric facility. This program adheres to the guidelines provided by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS). Referrals to this service are made through state psychiatric hospitals. This service is covered by state funds allocated to the Community Services Board.
