Case Management Services, Adolescents

Henrico Area Mental Health and Developmental Services provides Case Management Services to those adolescents and families who are experiencing significant stress due to environmental factors such as housing issues, transportation issues, educational issues and difficulty accessing appropriate services. Case management links the family to resources, helps coordinate needed services, enhances community integration, assists families and youth in developing needed skills and provides guidance, problem solving and support. This service reduces the level of stress for families, allowing them to fully engage in therapy.
