Who We Are
Highlands Community Services' EMBRACE Sponsor Homes provide a community-based intensive treatment setting for children and adolescents, with severe emotional disturbance, who otherwise would require treatment in a more restrictive residential setting. EMBRACE also serves those returning from residential placements who require more treatment or supervision than is available in their own home or in a traditional foster home. EMBRACE Sponsor Homes are models of care that combine the best elements of traditional foster care with a treatment methodology within a family setting.
