Who We Are

District 19 Community Services Board's Enhanced Care Coordination (ECC) will be provided to individuals who have both Medicaid and Medicare, and therefore are considered to be “Dual Eligible” (DE), and who need an integrated or coordinated primary and behavioral health care approach due to the fact that they have a serious behavioral health illness or developmental disability with certain specific serious and chronic medical conditions.
