Who We Are
A program of Horizon Behavioral Health, the Haley Center offers Behavioral Health Support services which provide opportunities to individuals to maximize their successful living in the community. The individual served and staff work in partnership to achieve and maintain stability through training, assistance and reinforcement of independent living skills, identifying and using resources in the community, assistance with medication management and monitoring of their health, nutrition and physical condition.
Services include group treatment, through case management and mental health supports to promote independence and community living. The program helps consumers to transition from the state hospitals into the community. The majority of services are provided at the consumer's home. Services include medication management, budgeting, and help with activities such as grocery shopping and activities of daily living.
