Who We Are
Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services' Case Management program provides a variety of community based services designed to respond to the unique needs of individuals with serious behavioral health illness, substance use or dependence or a combination of the two. Services are designed to link individuals with resources in order to promote community integration and independence while advancing self-determination and recovery. Progress and stability are monitored and coordination of services are provided
