Who We Are
Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSB) enable individuals to achieve and maintain stability, independence, and success in the home and community. Our services help those with emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues develop effective daily living skills and improved communication in order to function in the least restrictive setting.
We provide a highly structured and caring environment focused on addressing the needs of the client. Case managers provide diagnostic assessments, transitional living planning, transportation assistance and other services.
