Who We Are

Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck CSB provides case management services to clients with mental health issues who live in the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck area. Programs support independent living by referring individuals to services and programs that meet their specific needs as identified on their comprehensive treatment plan.



Provides assistance to individuals and their families to access services and supports that are essential to meeting their basic needs identified in the individualized service plan (ISP), which include not only accessing needed behavioral health, and/or substance abuse services, but also any medical, nutritional, social, educational, vocational and employment, housing, economic assistance, transportation, leisure and recreational, legal, and advocacy services and supports that the individual needs to function in a community setting.



Case management specialties include geriatrics; eligibility/transitional care; mandatory outpatient; and hospital liaison.
