Heritage Hall in Blacksburg provides registered nursing care with full range of support services.  Capacity is 194 beds.  The care team, along with the assistance and support of the family, develops an individualized care plan tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. Specialized resident care, looking after the special needs of Alzheimer's patients is also available.



We also offer varied resident care programs. American HealthCare provides intermediate care in a traditional nursing home setting, or respite care to take care of a loved one on a short-term basis.



Heritage Hall's comprehensive rehabilitative services are available seven days a week and are administered by licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists. Our rehab experts provide patient specific programs that are designed to achieve and maintain the resident's highest level of independence.
